My career began in financial services technology, including roles at JPMorgan Chase and Goldman Sachs. I later moved into management consulting and senior leadership at Equinix, where my work spanned global industries, market development and strategic engagement.
Across those roles, I've often been involved beyond my formal remit: helping leaders shape strategy, launch new initiatives, connect teams and translate complicated technical subjects into decisions people can act on.
That is the foundation of Madden Advisory: direct involvement, practical judgment and work that leaves an organization stronger.
